If you have given permission, personal data that the Access Association holds on the membership register may be used by the Association to provide:

networking information to other members of the association
mailing list for the Access Arena publication
mailing lists for other organisations for publicity purposes
Data will not be used for purposes other than the purposes above.

In addition to this we do log your IP address which is automatically recognised by our Web Server. We will only collect information that is relevant to providing the service.

If you use e-mail for communication with Access Association, this will not be protected and you should be aware that Access Association cannot guarantee that it remains confidential whilst in transit.

This privacy policy covers the Access Association website, any links to external websites are not covered by this policy.
